L. Michelle Tullier, Ph.D. Executive Director of the Center for Career Discovery and Development (C2D2)

Dr. Tullier has been in the career services field for nearly 25 years in roles that include career counselor, research director, faculty member, consultant, and published author.  For the past 13 years, she held management and leadership roles for a global consulting firm specializing in career transition services for outplaced professionals and executives. Her prior experience includes career counseling and research at New York University and Barnard College of Columbia University. She is the author of nine published books including

The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Overcoming Procrastination and The Unofficial Guide to Landing a Job published by Wiley & Sons.  Michelle is a graduate of Wellesley College with a BA in psychology and earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in counseling psychology from UCLA.
