Horacio is the Accountant III in the Office of the Provost and the Executive Vice-President for Academic Affairs. He manages all of the financial activity, including preparation of financial reports, analyzing financial data, reconciling and providing guidance and commentary on the actuals to budgets for the following units: Office of Academic Effectiveness and Center for 21st Century Universities.
