Naima manages administrative operations of the Office of the Provost and oversees the daily operations of multiple
administrative functions, including serving as ex-officio on committees served by our office, coordinating business communications, facilitating various reporting duties, co-chairing special projects, collaborating with other Institute units on operational matters, leading events, and more.   

Jason leads the team of administrative support professionals in the Office of the Provost.  He provides operational support to Georgia Tech’s entire academic enterprise by directing complex administrative projects, leading planning efforts in support of the academic mission, representing the Office of the Provost on campus committees, and collaborating with colleagues to close process gaps and increase operational efficiencies.

Robbie is part of the executive administrative team for the Office of the Provost and provides direct support to the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs. She is the first point of contact for the leadership office and performs a wide range of high-level administrative functions. Robbie’s responsibilities include managing the schedule, travel, and incoming communication.
