Appearance Requests

To request an appearance from the Provost, please submit the Request for Executive Participation Form via the Office of the President's website. Requests should be submitted at least eight weeks in advance.

After you submit this form, the Provost's executive assistant will confirm availability. 

If participation is confirmed:

• You must submit a Run of Show and meeting link (if virtual) within one week of the event to the Provost's executive assistant.
• In some cases, communications staff will reach out to you for additional information related to your request. We ask that you respond to them promptly.
