Dr. Lisa Metzger-Mugg serves as the Senior Director of Academic Administration in the Office of the Provost, where she oversees administrative operations and provides strategic and operational support across the Institute’s academic enterprise. In this role, she leads complex administrative projects, facilitates cross-campus planning efforts, and partners with senior leadership to advance academic priorities and institutional effectiveness.

Dr. Andrew Eichel is the Senior Managing Strategy Consultant. He joins the Office of the Provost after serving for 2 years as a Senior Managing Strategy Consultant for Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting, where he supported institutional priorities by providing strategic advising and subject matter expertise, especially related to institutional growth objectives and student success.

Naima manages administrative operations of the Office of the Provost and oversees the daily operations of multiple administrative functions, including serving as ex-officio on committees served by our office, coordinating business communications, facilitating various reporting duties, co-chairing special projects, collaborating with other Institute units on operational matters, leading events, and more.   

Robbie is part of the executive administrative team for the Office of the Provost and provides direct support to the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs. She is the first point of contact for the leadership office and performs a wide range of high-level administrative functions. Robbie’s responsibilities include managing the schedule, travel, and incoming communication.
