Communications Committee
This committee is responsible for promoting and raising awareness of the work of the Council and other related Office of the Provost matters and maintaining an overall spirit of unity. Communications channels include email, webpage updates, creation of promotional materials for activities, etc.
Well-being Committee
This committee is responsible for fostering an overall culture of health and well-being for all Office of the Provost/Academic Affairs employees, monitoring office culture and its impact on employee well-being, developing rewards and recognition activities or programs, and assisting with the development, implementation and evaluation of well-being activities.
Career Connections Committee
This committee will be responsible for creating initiatives and providing resources that aid in the career development and job-related needs of Office of the Provost/Academic Affairs employees. These initiatives may include workshops, mentoring, or job shadowing opportunities.
Building Community Committee
This committee will be responsible for creating activities and initiatives that engage Office of the Provost/Academic Affairs employees to voice staff concerns and interests and take action as necessary, promote belonging and engagement, and encourage community collaboration; reviewing relevant data regarding cultural practices; and disseminating that data to the Council for assessment.
