American Society of Mechanical Engineers Honors AE Professor for Meritorious Service in the Advancement of Aeronautics and Astronautics

The team took home two divisions' best paper awards and was named a finalist for best paper for the entire American Society of Engineering Education's conference.

The award is given to an early-career researcher by the Alliance for Research on Corporate Sustainability.

Christopher Ballenger, a third-year computer science major with a minor in German, received the 2022 College Student of the Year Award.

Students won awards in four out of six sections of the contest.
