The Professional Development Unit focuses on the career and professional development needs of the graduate student and postdoctoral scholar communities. Our team provides career advising, the Graduate Co-op program, training on grant writing and teamwork, and postdoctoral services. In the future, we also anticipate serving our junior faculty in grant writing, team science, and other professional skill-building areas.
