Tia Stegall

As Human Resources Manager for the Georgia Tech Library, Tia Stegall partners with leadership, staff, and faculty on a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, policy compliance, and workplace culture. With prior experience at the Scheller College of Business, GT Athletics, and Georgia Tech’s central HR office, she brings campus-wide insight and a people-centered approach to her work.

Ashley Mastin

Ashley manages faculty administration for central units reporting to the Provost. She also serves as the unit’s executive recruiter, supporting leadership with dean and vice provost searches. Her previous work includes time at Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health, Georgia State University's College of Arts and Sciences, the Georgia Council for International Visitors, and Hands on Atlanta. Ashley holds a BS in International Affairs from Georgia Tech and an MPA from Georgia State.

Caira Samuels

Caira provides comprehensive HR consultation and administrative support to the Office of the Provost and its reporting units, with a particular emphasis on talent acquisition, compensation data analysis and reporting, and the management of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) transactions.

Brandi Foley-Rodgers

As a strategic HR partner, Brandi consults with unit leaders, staff, and faculty on comprehensive human resources matters that include complex employee relations, talent acquisition, total compensation, organizational development, change management, leave administration, and learning and development.
